ORDER PREPARATION
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is up to 7 business days. But usually, we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which does not include weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not counted as part of shipping days.
Also, we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.
UPS SHIPPING 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS
A tracking number will be provided when the package is on the way. Check your email, please, when purchasing.
CUSTOM TAXES
Please NOTICE that due to the big dimensions of the package you will pay customs and import taxes. This applies to large-format paintings
The amount of taxes depends on your country’s laws. We are not responsible for them.
– International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes subject to your local post office.
– We take full responsibility for our products, for their shipping, delivery and in case of damage during delivery or loss (after a certain term of your type of shipping) we can send you a new product unless the product is unique. So there are no reasons to be worried 🙂
– Our products have the highest quality. The canvas and paints are professional, the paintings are all original.
