This is how I started to paint my painting “Little Ballerinas”. The process took about 14 hours. Unfortunately, it was not possible to record it in full.
In “The Little Ballerinas” (also known as “The Little Snowflakes”), I aimed to capture the final moments of preparation for these young dancers before their performance. There’s a sense of excitement and nervousness as the girls adjust their dresses, getting ready to step onto the stage. This is their first ball, and everything must be perfect.
This painting will beautifully complement both classic and modern interiors. It’s particularly well-suited for a child’s room or nursery and would make a wonderful gift for a housewarming, wedding anniversary, or baby shower.
